First of all we check the Customer Sample Starting the Bulk then we start the wok with Production Supervisor & Quality Control Supervisor.
Checked all styling with Customer Sample and Customer File.
Checked all Small Parts measurement in small Parts sections.
Checked Quality wise the Garment and Measurements checked all Garment in all Inline Stage.
Checked the Garment Watch Pocket Shape and Measurement.
Checked the Garment Back Pocket Shape & Opening and Length.
Yoke Shape Checked as per Sample.
( If Fashion Required the Garment.) Back panel dart control inline from back pkt.
Enforcement patch not attached glue because after wash gym stain issues inside the garment.
If waist belt inside two eyelets one side then scoop pkt margin and loop width margin out from waist belt 5 points pattern during 5 points tracing.
Waist belt elastic check bubbling not requires in elastic when gathering not required in waist belt if waist belt gathering requires in waist belt then it is ok.
Stain control in inline for twill light color white, pink etc.
If bubbling at garment Outseam & W/B then used to golden needle at garment.
If fabric Pu patch attached in the stitching floor then checked fabric grain line checked with yoke & Panel.
Checked back pkt placement from yoke, rise & Outseam as per customer requirement.
Check shaded part all garment & if LCR problem then trail 1st audit go head in washing trail.
Checked care size label and shade ribbon not insecure.
Barcode label scan via scanner 

If inseam safety then bartack required TQM or garment standard.
