Definition of Quality Control or QC with Garment Factories by Garment Apparel Quality control (QC) is a technique or set of events planned to ensure that a manufactured or completed service adheres to a defined set of quality conditions or meets the needs of the client or customer. QC is related to, but not duplicate with, quality assurance (QA). QA is defined so a procedure or set of procedures future to make sure that a product or service under improvement meets specified requirements. QA is sometimes said together with Quality Control as a single expression, quality assurance and control (QA/QC).
