Definition of Quality Control or QC with Garment Factories by Garment Apparel
Quality control (QC) is a technique or set of events planned to ensure that a manufactured or completed service adheres to a defined set of quality conditions or meets the needs of the client or customer.
QC
is related to, but not duplicate with, quality assurance (QA). QA is defined so
a procedure or set of procedures future to make sure that a product or service
under improvement meets specified requirements. QA is sometimes said together
with Quality Control as a single expression, quality assurance and control
(QA/QC).
In
order to implement an current QC program, an initiative must first decide which
specific standards the manufactured goods or service need meet. Then the scope
of QC actions must be determined. Next, actual-world data must be flustered (for
the example, the percentage of units that fail) and the results reported to
management staffs. After this, corrective action must be obvious upon and taken.
If too many unit flops or examples of poor service happen, a plan must be
planned to improve the production or service procedure and then that plan must
be put into stroke. Finally, the QC process must be ongoing to make sure that corrective
efforts, if required, have produced satisfactory results and to immediately notice
returns or new examples of trouble.
